Creating a great working environment for your colleagues, so they enjoy going to work every day. That is what you do it all for. As an (Assistant) Store Manager at WE Fashion, you are responsible for your own WE® store - from sales and store design to recruitment and team development - with guidance and guidelines from head office. You have the freedom to contribute to projects, give feedback to the buying and design teams and space to keep motivating your team. You do this through a daily start-up moment - also known as kick-starts - where you take your team through sales figures, goals for the day and other key points. Using our Store Stars programme - a step-by-step plan to ensure the optimal customer experience - you will inspire your colleagues to become the best version of themselves. Besides a role as (Assistant) Store Manager, you can also work as in-store Visual Merchandiser within this field. You are responsible for following and applying the Visual Merchandising guidelines and store window regulations, which contribute to the right balance between commerce and brand presentation. In addition, you will not only be in your own WE® store, but can also provide a supporting role at store openings or refurbishments. Working as a team, coaching and developing are central to both positions. Not only within your own team, but also in collaboration with the other stores, districts and head office.

You can also continue to develop yourself through various training courses at our WE® Academy. There are plenty of possibilities and opportunities, such as extra work activities, supporting multiple stores or contributing to various projects and panels. Moreover, you can grow as (Assistant) Store Manager of a larger sales store or as District Manager. Several colleagues have already made this step!
