At WE Fashion, we devote considerable attention to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability, which now form an integral element of our organisation. Every day, we work hard to improve our processes and clothing and to prioritise the environment.

At WE Fashion, we devote considerable attention to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability, which now form an integral element of our organisation. Every day, we work hard to improve our processes and clothing and to prioritise the environment.

Our daily focus is on:

  • Sustainable production chain: we help suppliers improve their production process and use increasingly better products, such as sustainably produced cotton. We have also been working to improve the situation for production workers for many years.
  • Social engagement: we proudly assume our responsibility by giving back to society. This includes initiatives and projects related to CSR and supporting charities like Sam's Kledingactie and Caritas.
  • Training & development: one of our focal areas for the next five years is to develop and train our employees to excel in CSR.
  • We are launching more and more new initiatives to improve life in our community. At WE Café, for instance, you can enjoy fresh and healthy food, while employees at our headquarters can attend a Bootcamp class after work.
