In addition, they are continuously working on today's and tomorrow's retail of the future.

Retail Operations & Sales is the seam in the suit called WE®. Together, these motivated colleagues ensure that our WE® stores look great at all times.
Retail Operations
The
department has several specialist teams, all striving for the best results and
the perfect in-store customer experience. From the initial interior design for
a new or to-be-renovated store to the final finishing touches and everything in
between, these retail professionals know what they’re doing. For instance, the
team works on shop layouts, setting up various training courses on Visual
Merchandising, styling or our WE® CARE programme and combine their long-term
vision of technological developments with ad hoc matters. In addition, they
regularly interact with other departments and focus on flexibility, cooperation
and innovation, as the world of fashion and retail sector are always in motion.
Sales
This
department is also formed by a close team of passionate WE® colleagues. They
are responsible for the sales strategy in our European stores, ensuring that
commercial goals are achieved. In addition, they have regular brainstorming
sessions with Store Managers - about recruiting or supporting colleagues - and
are involved in coaching and the optimal customer journey, among other things. So,
what do they think makes this career such fun? The dynamics, diversity, growth opportunities
and room for personal input. Sales at WE Fashion is commercial, but with a
focus for people.
