The department can be divided into Accounting & Reporting and Business Control, both of which form the financial heart of WE Fashion. With a passion for both finance and fashion, this motivated team dedicates itself to the commercial success of the organisation.
SET THE NEXT TREND!
Finding the right balance between quality and efficiency – that is the focus of the Finance team. With various branches within the department, everyone has their own specialism. For example, Accounting & Reporting is involved in the correct, on-time and complete registration of all financial flows, while Business Control is responsible for budget and business decisions – otherwise known as the organisation's sparring partner. Finally, Payroll ensures that all WE® employees receive their wages on time. As a financial professional at WE Fashion, you have a supporting and guiding role. Thanks to the flat organisation and short lines of communication, you will be given many responsibilities, making you part of decision-making processes. A good example of this is your cooperation in a commercial case for a store opening. In addition, you do not shy away from a challenge and passion for the job is in your DNA. Although the Finance team has various disciplines, they operate as one close group of colleagues. Cooperation, focus and flexibility are key, but the department also attaches great importance to fun. Thus, every break there is room for a game of table football and getting some fresh air. Their motto? Work hard, play hard.
