The Warehouse is responsible for coordinating the physical flow of goods and ensuring delivery to all our stores, online partners, and customers. What makes working in our EDC so enjoyable? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead a team consisting of Assistant Supervisors/Operators and Warehouse Associates. Your role will primarily take place on the warehouse floor itself.

What else can you expect from this job?

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the desired quality levels for deliveries to stores and online customers.
A significant part of your time will be spent creating and adjusting daily and weekly schedules.
With a team of approximately 100–150 Warehouse Associates, 4 Assistant Supervisors, and 10 Operators, motivating, coaching, and guiding employees will be a key aspect of your role.
Lastly, you’ll play a part in optimizing our logistics processes.

What do we expect from you?

At least 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within a logistics or production environment.
Excellent communication and administrative skills. You have a strong command of both Dutch and English, as your role has an international scope.
You are confident, resilient under pressure, and results-oriented.
