Junior Merchandiser

YOU WORK FOR WE

Merchandising forms the connecting link between our Design and Buying departments. Merchandise analyses determine, for example, how many products we buy and what the distribution is between online and physical sales. Using your own analyses based on our store and collection performance, you advise the Buying and Merchandising departments on purchasing quantities and size distribution, but you also determine the effectiveness of your stock and make adjustments where necessary/possible. The nice thing about this is that your actions have a direct effect on the sales potential of an article.
What we expect from you?
  • At least a completed HBO education, e.g. towards Economics, Business Administration or Fashion;
  • You bring a maximum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, such as Assistant or Junior Merchandiser, Allocator, Trader or Stock Planner;
  • And finally, in addition to highly developed analytical skills and dexterity in Excel, you have commercial and communication skills. You regularly need to substantiate your analyses or be able to convince others of the right direction.
We evaluate all applicants on the basis of competencies, experience and equal pay m/f/x.
