YOU WORK FOR WE®

Merchandising serves as the connecting link between our Design and Buying departments. Based on analyses from Merchandise, decisions are made about how many products to purchase and how to distribute them between online and physical sales channels. With your own analyses based on store and collection performance, you’ll advise the Buying and Merchandise departments on purchase quantities and size range. Additionally, you’ll focus on distributing your inventory across various sales channels and make adjustments when necessary. The exciting part is that your actions have a direct impact on the sales potential of an item.

What we expect from you:

At least a completed bachelor’s degree (HBO), for example in Economics, Business Administration, Business Economics, or Fashion.
Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Assistant or Junior Merchandiser, Allocator, Trader, or Stock Planner.
Finally, in addition to strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, you are commercially minded and communicative. You will often need to back up your analyses and be able to convince others of the right direction.
