YOU WORK FOR WE®

As a Garment Technician, you are the specialist in fit, materials, and construction. You ensure our quality standards and play a key role between our Buying & Design departments, where you are also responsible for the technical translation of ideas from these teams. Additionally, you contribute to maintaining and further developing base patterns, provide technical advice on fabric selection and seam construction, ensure a consistent fit across our garments using patterns, grading, and size specifications, and prepare fit sessions with our fitting models. You stay up to date with the latest developments in fit and construction and have a strong sense of design and fashion trends.
You do this together with your team of Garment Technicians, Buying, and Design, creating stylish WE® collections with passion, creativity, and a strong focus on our customers. Fashion that makes our customers feel stylish and confident while easily connecting with the people around them. In other words: WE design to connect!

What we expect from you?

A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion and at least 2 years of technical experience in Product Development or a Quality Department, specifically in womenswear (e.g., as a Garment Technician or Pattern Maker).
A strong passion for the technical aspects of product development—meaning a solid understanding of patterns, fit, and fabrics.
Experience with CAD-CAM systems, preferably Gerber.
Strong communication skills when working with others.
