Design Manager Womenswear

Every day, our close-knit Design team works with passion and creativity to craft stylish collections for our customers. As Design Manager, this means thinking strategically, keeping an overview, and inspiring your team. It’s a dynamic role that brings something new every day. You oversee the entire design process for the Womenswear product groups, ensuring a seamless workflow. Together with the Merchandise and Buying teams, you form a strong unit, creating the most exciting collections.

How will you do this? The market holds no secrets for you—you analyze trends, closely monitor competitors, and travel to production locations. With these insights, you serve as the right hand of the Creative Director in defining the creative direction, ensuring that collections are both commercial and customer-focused. You are responsible for safeguarding brand identity, developing mood boards, and ensuring that designs are delivered accurately and efficiently to suppliers and fit technicians.

The entire team of Designers falls directly under your leadership. You know exactly how to guide, coach, and motivate an ambitious team to bring out the best in themselves. Together, you ensure that our collections are presented in the best possible way—both in stores and online—because: Better Together.

In this role, you report directly to the Creative Director, ensuring short lines of communication and quick feedback loops.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 7 years of design experience within a fashion retailer, with proven affinity and experience in womenswear, particularly in woven collections.
• You are highly skilled in the Adobe CC package (especially Adobe Illustrator) and have knowledge of Quest (Product Data Management).
• You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and know how to engage and coach your team accordingly.
• With your sharp vision and passion, you not only develop beautiful collections but also ensure their commercial success.
• You have excellent English language skills, as this role has an international focus.
