This team consists of a Real Estate Director, a supporting Real Estate Coordinator and Real Estate Assistants. They work closely with other departments and go the extra mile to achieve the best results within a fast-paced and dynamic field. To achieve this, Real Estate pays close attention to the CSR strategy, which means they actively look at the sustainability of future and current retail properties. Thus, they want double-glazed windows for every building and are constantly looking for premises with good energy labels. Furthermore, the team has short lines of communication with external parties and stakeholders, such as landlords and the retail industry. As a real estate professional at WE Fashion, you have a focus on both the human aspect of the sector as well as an eye for commerce.
