Then an internship at WE Fashion is just the thing for you. Every year we offer cool internships to dozens of trainees. But it doesn't stop there, as many of them choose to continue working as short-term or even permanent employees after their internship. On top of that, there is the opportunity to grow into Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager of your own WE® store via additional training and personal coaching!

Being able to grow both professionally and personally, that's the intention of an internship at WE Fashion. Besides an inspiring workplace, motivated (and sociable) colleagues and an appropriate internship remuneration, WE® offers you the freedom to take initiative. We share our knowledge and experiences with you, but we're also eager to hear your ideas. As an intern at WE Fashion, you will be given many responsibilities and your work will be valued. Whether you join us for a BOL internship with appropriate apprenticeship remuneration or follow a BBL apprenticeship programme in salaried employment, you will genuinely belong to the team, which is entirely in line with the organisation's 'Better Together' culture. Depending on your educational level and objectives - you'll make an appropriate action plan together with your supervisor. You'll do so at the start of your internship, so you can get the most out of your traineeship or learning process. On the shop floor, we will teach you everything about fashion, coaching, sales and service and you will gain extra insight into the commercial and stylish presentation of our collections. We also like to take you along to inspiring crew meetings and would love for you to be present at our team outings and get-togethers.
