Being able to grow both professionally and personally, that's the intention of an internship at WE Fashion. Besides an inspiring workplace, motivated (and sociable) colleagues and an appropriate internship remuneration, WE® offers you the freedom to take initiative. We share our knowledge and experiences with you, but we're also eager to hear your ideas. To help you start and finish your internship, we have a special #STAGECONNECT programme, which includes fun afternoons with a guided tour of the head office and distribution centre, informative workshops and drinks, so you can get to know both the organisation and the other interns. As an intern at WE Fashion, you will be given many responsibilities and your work will be appreciated. You really belong to the team, which is completely in line with the company's 'Better Together' culture. Would you like to know more about a specific project or do you enjoy doing something? Please let us know. We'd love to think along with you. In addition, all our interns have the option of working hybrid, either from home or at the office. In agreement with your internship supervisor, you can work at a workplace that suits you best. In the end, it's all about your personal growth and development.
