Do you want to contribute to the creation and development of new collections and enjoy the challenge of outdoing yourself every season? Then you are the perfect fit for our Design team. The department is responsible for analysing trends and sales successes in order to translate them into a commercial and inspiring range for our stores, online shop and online partners. Passion, creativity and focus are important key points to achieve the best results. The team is incredibly diverse and works together towards a common goal; designing collections that make our customers feel confident and comfortable with the people around them. In other words; WE design to connect!

The department is responsible for analysing trends and sales successes in order to translate them into a commercial and inspiring range for our stores, online shop and online partners. SET THE NEXT TREND
Inspiring shopping trips at home and abroad, creative brainstorms, preparing style sheets and realising new collections. These are a few examples of the work the Design team focuses on daily. In the department, no day is the same, as the fashion world is always evolving. Our Designers are divided into menswear, womenswear and kidswear. We do not work with agencies, which means we control many parts of the production process ourselves. As part of this versatile team, you constantly think ahead, weigh up possibilities and have an eye for detail. You will have the space to experiment, unleash your creativity and establish trends. Your work really makes a difference. There is no lack of variety, as our Design teams work simultaneously on three seasons. It’s summer, autumn and Christmas at once here. Together with colleagues from Buying & Product Development and Merchandising, they are constantly looking for ways to make the collections even better.
